Early stage postdoctoral researchers and PhD candidates are invited to submit abstracts on any research topic relevant to the understanding, cure, treatment or care management of the genetic disease of cystinosis for inclusion at the scientific poster session of the 5th Annual Dublin Cystinosis Workshop.
In addition to presenting a scientific poster, 5-6 researchers who have submitted poster abstracts will also be invited to make a 3 minute oral presentation during Session 4 of the Workshop aimed at explaining the research presented in their poster clearly and succinctly to a non-research audience which will include people who live with cystinosis as well as their families.

Posters will be judged on the basis of originality, scientific content, study design, and analysis of the research as well as the quality and clarity of the poster presentation.
The posters will be adjudicated by a panel of judges comprising scientists from a wide range of scientific disciplines researching various aspects of cystinosis.
